Qualifications

• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with perishable inventory management and merchandising.
• Ensure customer service and a safe work environment.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels and train associates on presentation, freshness and pricing.
• Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
• Train associates in stocking and rotation of perishable products.
• Assist with other operational areas as directed by the Store Manager.
