Capital Health seeks an experienced Operating Room Scheduling Manager to oversee real-time throughput and procedural flow across OR, CVIR, HVC, Endoscopy, and HASC. You will coordinate resources, rooms, staffing, equipment, and case sequencing to ensure safe, efficient patient care and optimal utilization.

Works with Perioperative Leadership, Anesthesia, Surgeons and ancillary departments. Leads daily operational huddles, monitors progress, adjusts case sequencing, and supports onboarding of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Three years of healthcare-related experience in OR, procedural services, surgical scheduling, or capacity management.
• Strong understanding of perioperative workflows and OR operations; adept at real-time planning and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate overall functions of Procedural Scheduling Departments across campus.
• Establish staffing schedules and monitor productivity of schedulers.
• Provide real-time oversight of OR and procedural schedules to optimize utilization and throughput.
• Lead daily operational huddles and communicate delays and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Perioperative leadership, Anesthesia, Surgeons and Ancillary departments.
