• Previous Operating Room Charge Nurse experience required.
• Master’s Degree in healthcare/operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs efficient perioperative patient flow from pre-op to PACU or inpatient unit.
• Collaborates with nursing management, anesthesia, surgeons, and admin to optimize OR utilization.
• Minimizes overtime and staff costs while maintaining patient outcomes.
• Monitors delays and communicates trends to support goals.
• Plans staffing to meet surgical volume and critical time windows.
• Maintains relationships with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensures adherence to policies and promotes high morale and performance.
