Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and assist in OR procedures with aseptic technique.
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure instruments and supplies are ready for procedures.
• Anticipate surgeon instrumentation needs and respond to changes during procedures.
• Assist the surgical team with instrument handling, specimen management, and equipment care.
• Contribute to patient safety by following hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to support perioperative care.
