Owens & Minor is seeking a Surgical Sales Executive to drive growth in the Illinois territory. The role combines clinical expertise with commercial acumen to lead product evaluations, support procedural standardization, and navigate complex healthcare systems for sustainable revenue growth.

The position requires 3–5+ years of OR/perioperative experience, strong knowledge of surgical products, and proven quota attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5+ years of OR/perioperative/clinical experience.
• Experience with surgical products and hospital procurement processes.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Territory strategy and forecast development for Surgical Sales.
• Account segmentation, prioritization, and stakeholder mapping including OR leaders.
• Execute product evaluations, assessments, and conversion plans.
• Customer engagement and education strategy for the OR department.
• Deal pursuit, qualification, sequencing, and close strategies, including pricing within guardrails.
