Job summary

Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, IN is seeking a skilled Staff RN in Surgical Services to lead perioperative program development and support daily departmental operations.

Candidates should have strong perioperative experience, RN licensure in Indiana, and a track record of collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. CNOR and BSN are preferred; funding and education opportunities are available. This is an on-site position with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Indiana Registered Nurse license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum five (5) years perioperative nursing experience as a circulating RN.
• Minimum five (5) years surgical scrub experience across multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of strategic perioperative service lines.
• Coordinate education for new equipment, workflows, and procedures.
• Partner with physicians and departments to improve throughput and outcomes.
• Develop standardized workflows and instrument setups; manage inventories.
