Job summary

Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons is seeking a Perioperative Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical and operational management of the perioperative services department, including pre-operative, PACU, and related procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, staff scheduling, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Indiana RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Indiana RN license required.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily perioperative operations including pre-op and PACU.
• Leads staff, schedules, and performance management.
• Coordinates surgical cases, rooms, staffing and resources.
• Ensures compliance with clinical standards and safety regulations.
• Promotes patient safety, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Drives process improvements and staff development.
