Job summary

Requirements include RN licensure in Indiana, CNOR within 3 years of hire, 2+ years OR RN experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Indiana with valid licensure.
• CNOR certification within 3 years of hire.
• 2+ years of Operating Room RN experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
