This full-time leadership role requires experience in peri-operative management, knowledge of BLS/ACLS, and a commitment to quality improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• The candidate has strong background in peri-operative services management.
• Minimum five years' experience in peri-operative and/or healthcare/clinical settings.
• Previous surgical services management experience is required.
• BLS for non-clinical/licensed managers is required.
• ACLS is required for clinical/degreed managers.

Responsibilities

• Administer, supervise and coordinate all peri-operative services.
• Direct overall direction, coordination and evaluation of surgical services.
• Develop budgets, supervise employees and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with providers and coordinate interdepartmental workflows.
• Evaluate clinical practices and implement quality improvements.
