Barrett Hospital & HealthCare in Dillon, Montana, seeks a Perioperative Services Manager to administer, supervise and coordinate all peri-operative services, directing surgical services, budgeting, staff oversight, and interdepartmental collaboration to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• The candidate has strong background in peri-operative services management.
• Minimum five years' experience in peri-operative and/or healthcare/clinical settings.
• Previous surgical services management experience is required.
• BLS for non-clinical/licensed managers is required.
• ACLS is required for clinical/degreed managers.

The manager is responsible for budgeting; employee supervision; planning and directing work of employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems within and between departments, continually collaborating with providers. This position evaluates clinical practices to maintain a high standard of care and implements improvements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Incumbents with a strong background in peri-operative services management is necessary


• A minimum of five (5) years' experience in peri-operative and/or in a healthcare/clinical background required


• Consideration of education and related experiences may be evaluated for outstanding candidates


• Previous surgical services management experience is required


• BLS for non-clinical/licensed managers is required


• ACLS is required for clinical/degreed managers.
