Job summary

Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, Montana, seeks a Perioperative Manager to lead daily operations in our Surgical Services Department. The role focuses on preoperative, postoperative, PACU and Endoscopy areas, coordinating schedules, staff and workflows to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications include Montana RN license, BCLS, ACLS and PALS within six months, at least three years in surgical services with EMR experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current MT RN license.
• BCLS certification; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Three years’ experience in Surgical Services; Supervisory experience preferred; EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions in a surgical setting (preop, postop, PACU, Endoscopy).
• Manage surgical and staff schedules and address operational needs.
• Collaborate with anesthesia personnel and surgical/endoscopy staff to deliver optimal patient care and workflow.
