Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned surgical unit.
• Lead an interprofessional team to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes.
• Oversee 24x7 on-site operations, including weekends and holidays; be available for evenings and rounds.
• Support quality and safety improvements, patient and team member experiences.
