Whitman Hospital and Medical Clinics seeks a Director of Surgical Services to lead the perioperative program across Surgery, Prep/Recovery, Sterile Processing and GI procedures. You will supervise managers and promote alignment with organizational goals.

The role emphasizes policy development, budgeting, and long-term planning to maintain high patient care quality and staff development. Washington RN licensure and BSN with leadership experience are required.

Competenze

• Licensed as an RN in the State of Washington.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• 3+ years combined experience in OR and Prep/Recovery Services.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years in leadership.
• CPR at the time of hire and maintained while employed.
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within six months of hire and maintained while employed.
