The role requires RN licensure in Washington, a BSN, and 5+ years of clinical leadership in OR/Prep/Recovery, with strong governance, safety, and quality focus. Travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Washington at time of application.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 3+ years combined experience in OR and Prep/Recovery Services.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct perioperative services and oversee Surgical Services.
• Supervise managers and staff across OR, Prep/Recovery, and Sterile Processing.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for perioperative care.
• Monitor budgets and resource utilization.
