Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking an experienced perioperative administrator to oversee all areas of the Perioperative Services Division on a 24/7 basis, including pre-op, OR, PACU, GI Lab, and central services. You will lead policy development, quality programs, and the division's budgeting and staffing decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and at least 5 years of progressive management experience within healthcare.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive management/leadership experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assume admin responsibility for all Perioperative Services 24/7.
• Develop policies, procedures and quality improvement programs.
• Develop capital and operating budgets for the division.
• Ensure staffing, interviewing, performance evaluations and morale.
