Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare scheduling or perioperative operations experience.
• Experience with OR scheduling and staffing alignment preferred.
• Experience with LaborWorkx or Epic OpTime preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Staffing Alignment: Partner with perioperative supervisors to ensure workforce schedules align with anticipated surgical volume and case demand.
• Real-Time Operational Integration: Monitor daily surgical schedule changes and assess impact on staffing and timekeeping.
• Schedule-to-Timekeeping Reconciliation: Reconcile workforce schedules, surgical activity, and actual worked time on a daily basis.
• Staff and Supervisor Support: Resolve time entry discrepancies and guide timekeeping alignment.
