Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an RN Staff Team Leader for the Operating Room on an evening shift. The role oversees perioperative care, directs staff, and coordinates specialty intraoperative activities across OR suites in a busy hospital system.

Qualified candidates hold an MA RN license, BLS, and ideally CNOR with 2–3 years of OR nursing experience; BSN is preferred. The position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and highlights strong patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current MA RN license and BLS required.
• CNOR preferred.
• Two-three years of operating room nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care for operative and invasive procedures during perioperative care.
• Direct and supervise ancillary staff to ensure appropriate level of care.
• Serve as a clinical expert resource and coordinate intraoperative care for surgical specialties.
• Coordinate equipment, instrumentation and supply needs with health care team.
