Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.
• Current RN license issued by the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population or individual.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs following the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted quality and patient satisfaction measures.
• Provide care in perioperative and operating room settings with focus on safety and efficiency.
