Qualifications
- Licensed RN in a Compact Tennessee State
- ACLS or similar Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
- BLS Provider within 1 month of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert nursing care in the operative setting.
- Perform scrub functions and sterile handling of instruments and supplies.
- Circulating duties: monitor patient status and communicate needs.
- Assist operating physician with suturing and achieving hemostasis.
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure readiness of advanced surgical instruments.
