Roseville Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for PreOp/PostOp care. The RN will provide perioperative nursing based on standards, with a focus on safe, patient-family centered care in an ambulatory setting.

Expect a 20–29 hour work week, Monday–Friday, some Saturdays, with no on-call or night shifts. Qualifications include CA RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years in Pre-Op/PACU.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CA Nursing License.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS accredited by AHA.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU; ambulatory surgical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative care.
• Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Demonstrate accountability, creativity, innovation and openness to change.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality patient care in perioperative services using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Work part-time (20–29 hours/week) with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays.
• No call and no night shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
