Duke Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse II (RN) for the Arringdon Ambulatory Surgery Center in Durham, NC. This part-time/regular position involves PreOp and PACU responsibilities with a focus on comprehensive patient care and adherence to nursing standards.

The role requires 1+ year RN experience, surgical services or critical care preferred, and BSN or equivalent; relocation or recruitment incentives may be offered. Training in PreOp and PACU is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher), Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program is required.
• All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within five years of their start date

• Provide and supervise direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities according to the nursing process and DUHS guidelines.
