Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pre-Op/PACU unit in Bryan, TX. The role includes direct perianesthesia care across age groups under CNO supervision, with potential to act as Charge nurse and to float as needed.

The position requires rotating on-call duties for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will have Texas RN licensure, BLS, and ideally ACLS/PALS with willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license in Texas.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of employment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in PACU, ambulatory care, critical care preferred.
• Willingness to participate in goal-setting and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional perianesthesia nursing care for an assigned patient group.
• Possibly serve as Charge nurse and supervise PACU/pre-operative staff.
• Float to other patient care areas as needed.
• Take call for weekdays, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
