Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse (RN) at our Plymouth Orthopedic Surgery Center. This part-time (.8 FTE) role supports the perioperative team from 0500 to 1900, Monday through Friday, with start times based on surgical volume.

You will assess patients from pre-op to discharge, provide PACU and post-op nursing care, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure a safe, efficient perioperative experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program.
• Current MN or WI multi-state RN licensure.
• One year PACU or recent critical care experience preferred.
• CPR/ACLS/PALS certification required or obtained upon hire.
• American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN) membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs from pre-op through discharge and document findings.
• Evaluate condition and responses to interventions; communicate with team.
• Perform pre-op phone calls, H&P reviews, and admission instructions.
• Deliver high-quality preop and postop nursing care and education.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure a safe perioperative experience.
• Administer medications per orders and maintain aseptic technique.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Document care timely and accurately per policy.
