Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as per department.
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of patient care and directs assignments.
• Coordinates care with patient, family, physicians and resources.
• Educates patients/families on rights, consent, and instructions.
• Maintains current knowledge of standards and hospital policies.
• Supervises home health aides and performs on-call triage.
