Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced OR RN Circulator to provide comprehensive perioperative care for patients undergoing surgery. The Circulator ensures patient safety, correct site verification, and effective communication among the surgical team.

You will manage the operating room environment, verify preoperative issues, and coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and scrub staff to maintain sterile procedures and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Current NM nursing license or compact license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or highly preferred.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an approved program.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
• Act as patient advocate; ensure safety and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate communication among surgical team and ensure adherence to safety standards.
