Job summary

The Clinical Coordinator collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures, regulatory compliance, and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality perioperative care.
• Manage daily OR workflows, patient flow, and staffing while providing direct nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Support staff education and participate in quality and safety initiatives; utilize EHR systems and advanced technology.
