Qualifications

• RN License and certification as required by state.
• BLS certification required, ACLS required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as OR Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, quality patient care in the operating room area.
• Assist the surgeon and surgical team in their tasks.
• Communicate preoperative instructions to the patient.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to develop patient care plans

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
