Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status on admission to preop, OR, and post-op areas.
• Provide safe, therapeutic nursing care.
• Coordinate interventions to achieve expected outcomes and discharge readiness.
• Document interventions and patient responses.
• Ensure organized and timely patient care.
• Communicate patient conditions to surgeons, anesthesia, and staff.
• Carry out physician orders correctly and promptly.
