Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Michigan RN licensure required.
• BLS/CPR required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred; ACLS within specified timeframe.
• PALS preferred for ED/IR; ACLS and PALS recertification aligned with unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and discharge needs.
• Develop and implement care plans with nursing diagnoses.
• Perform nursing procedures and follow physician orders.
• Maintain patient safety and documentation in the care record.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with the health care team to ensure quality care.
