Qualifications

• RN with license to practice nursing.
• BSN preferred / required within 5 years of hire as per policy.
• Knowledge of ANA code of ethics and nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments and plan care.
• Coordinate care with patient and family and healthcare team.
• Communicate care plan using SBAR during handoffs.
• Implement evidence-based nursing actions per orders.
• Educate patient and family on care and safety.
• Document care accurately in EMR.
