Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to provide holistic patient care in line with the hospital’s Professional Practice Model. Responsibilities

  • Perform holistic patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and education needs.
  • Develop and coordinate plan of care with patient and family using the Nursing Process.
  • Implement evidence-based care, adhere to hospital policies, and collaborate with care teams.
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain clear handoffs during transitions.
  • Demonstrate leadership, mentor peers, and participate in ongoing professional development.
