TriCities Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, Inc., seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered nursing care on the unit during shifts. The CNC collaborates with the management team to direct care, monitor outcomes, and model the organization’s values to support exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

The role emphasizes admission/discharge efficiency, teamwork, staff development, and adherence to nursing standards while maintaining patient-first care.

Qualificações

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or RN compact state license.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year experience as a Perioperative RN or completion of a Perioperative Nurse Course.
• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit, with management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Manages inventory control and supervises supplies and equipment.
