Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms and care given.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members and/or caregivers.
