Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license required.
• 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using the nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol; monitors side effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history and care provided; educates patients and families as needed.
• Completes ongoing competency validation and participates in orientation requirements.
