• Initiates incident reporting when indicated.
• Assists with orientation of new employees and unit responsibilities.
• Performs specialized perioperative nursing care across stages.
• Pre- and post-operative assessments and instrument preparation.
• Performs surgical counts and ensures sterile setup.
