AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced RN to join our healing ministry. You will assess patients, develop and execute individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate families to support recovery and discharge.

The position requires 1+ year medical-surgical and 1+ year surgery experience, nursing licensure, and BLS/CPR certification. We offer a $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible applicants.

Formación

• RN with an active license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Associates or Bachelor degree in Nursing required.
• 1+ year medical-surgical and 1+ year surgery experience preferred.
• Ability to operate IVs, wound care, and sterile procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Document care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about care and discharge needs.
