Job summary

IntelliResume is seeking a Registered Nurse for an acute care setting. The RN will provide professional, comprehensive care and coordinate patient plans of care across the lifespan.

The role requires a state RN license, BSN preferred, and current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS are unit dependent. At least one year of experience or a transition from the NLRN program is expected; strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the applicable state and meeting unit requirements.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS as required by unit.
• One year of RN experience or transition from the NLRN program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate plans across lifespan.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, supporting autonomy and dignity.
• Foster learning for patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and use data to improve outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership, delegate, and collaborate with the inter-professional team.
• Participate in planning and delivering educational programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
