Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support operating room procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and a multidisciplinary perioperative team to ensure optimal patient care and surgical outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Required qualifications include current RN license, OR experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications. You will provide direct nursing care, prepare the OR, monitor patients, document actions, and maintain patient safety throughout

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license.
• Experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid).
• Solid understanding of aseptic technique and surgical procedures.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
• Attention to detail and patient safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care during all phases of surgical procedures.
• Prepare the OR and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are sterilized and available.
• Monitor patient status throughout surgery and act quickly in emergencies.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal, coordinated patient care.
• Document nursing actions, operative notes, and patient responses accurately.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and surgical staff.
• Stay current on best practices and compliance with protocols.
