Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.

• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required per unit.
• Unit-specific educational requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and coordinate care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic patient care and safety.
• Foster learning for patients, families, and staff.
• Engage in professional development and leadership within the team.
• Participate in education programs; perform other duties as assigned.
