Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed RN in the state of practice.

• One year of RN experience required; residency pathway allowed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and coordinate care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and patient autonomy.
• Foster learning for patients, families, and staff.
• Ensure safety and quality by applying evidence-based practice.
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in planning and delivering educational programs.
