Job summary

IntelliResume is seeking an RN for a dynamic acute care role. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, plans and coordinates patient care, and ensures safety and quality throughout the patient stay.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and professional accountability within the Nursing Practice Act and ANA standards. Candidates must be licensed in the state of employment, with 1+ year of experience preferred; BSN is preferred and ACLS may be required depending on unit.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state of employment.
• BSN in Nursing preferred and BLS certification required.
• ACLS may be required depending on unit.
• Hospital environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate and update the plan of care to achieve goals.
• Advocate for ethical, patient-centered care and safety.
• Lead and mentor staff and participate in education of patients and families.
• Maintain competency per unit standards and safety protocols.
