Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and assist with surgical procedures using established standards of care.
• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, supporting patients throughout the surgical journey.
• Maintain rigorous infection control and health/safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow and appropriate utilization of equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patients and respond promptly to changes in condition, escalating concerns as needed.
• Document nursing care and relevant clinical information accurately.
