• Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection prevention.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care and act as patient advocate.
• Assess nursing needs of assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient and family education.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with team involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care plans.
