Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room to join our perioperative teams. You will assess patient status, develop individualized care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment or documented current BLS.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of employment or documented current ACLS.
• PALS certification within 90 days of employment if pediatric care is included.
• Perioperative Nursing certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA Health.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative plan of care for patients.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team planning perioperative patient care.

Education

Nursing degree (accredited school)

Active nursing license in good standing

BLS certification (within 90 days)

ACLS certification (within 90 days)

PALS certification (within 90 days)

Perioperative Nursing certification (preferred)
