Job summary

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital seeks an experienced Staff RN for perioperative care on days. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care across age groups, coordinate with surgical team, and supervise OR staff to maintain a smooth patient flow.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and perioperative experience; BSN and CNOR are preferred. A sign-on bonus is available; comprehensive benefits are offered by the Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on the job training
• CNOR Certification (AORN) preferred
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for neonates through older adults in the OR.
• Coordinate care with surgeon and anesthesiologist and guide OR staff.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent patient flow.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities and unit meetings.
