Centerpoint Health - Georgetown is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN to join our perioperative team. The role supports care from pre-procedure through post-procedure, coordinating medication administration, documentation, and patient transport.

The position offers 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts weekly, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible candidates and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Kentucky RN license required.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and specimen collection.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to the care team.
• Prepares, positions, and transports patients for procedures.
• Prepares surgical/endoscopy suites and ensures proper reprocessing of scopes.
• Assesses and cares for patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care.
• Provides patient and family education during perioperative care.
