Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in the Maple Grove area to join the operating room team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires current MN RN licensure, BLS, and a minimum of 3 years in the OR. You will work evenings or posted shifts in a hospital setting with strong teamwork and patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience in an Operating Room.
• Demonstrated ability to stay composed in high-stress situations and communicate clearly.
• Current licensure and registration as an RN in MN; BLS certification; ACLS/PALS as listed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the OR suite for scheduled procedures with correct equipment and supplies.
• Assess the customer pre-operatively and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with the health care team to provide patient care during surgery.
• Position and prepare the customer for specific procedures and document intraoperative care.
• Communicate status and needs to departments and staff; participate in patient safety policies.
