Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, GA is seeking an RN Circulating Operating Room for a full-time day shift with call and every third Saturday. Requires 5 years of direct patient care, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and GA RN licensure.

Responsibilities include coordinating perioperative care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring evidence-based practice and patient safety. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma; BSN preferred.
• RN license (GA or compact).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Process with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care across diverse populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.
• Document care and coordinate with care managers and staff.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
• Act as preceptor/mentor for staff and students.
• Uphold hospital policies and standards including safety goals.
