Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team. The RN Clinical Periop Nurse will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe patient care in a perioperative setting. A BSN is preferred, and candidates must hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials.

The role is Monday–Friday, 6:45am–3:15pm with call, and virtual interviews are offered to learn more. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
• BSN preferred (Baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited school)

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized patient care
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity
• Collaborates with patients and families to update goals and care plans
• Practices according to current clinical standards and ethics
