Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days if assigned ASC pediatrics.
• Core (FT/PT): Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in OR.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational domains.
• Formulate and implement an individualized plan of care with multidisciplinary input.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise care delivery per physician orders and policy.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes accurately in the patient record.
